A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life while experiencing the best of Thai culture and nature. “[Re]treat to Your Self” is designed to give back to yourself: inviting you to slow down, reconnect with your heart and community, and return to what is truly important to you—through daily yoga practice and meditations, guided experiences, journaling workshops, and time to simply be you!
